Will there be ins and outs (re-entry) at the festival?

Yes. As long as you still have the official security wristband.

Is there a lost and found?

For patrons who have lost/missing items, please email us at [email protected] with a detailed description and/or photo of the item. Our staff will be in touch with you.

How to avoid ticket fraud?

The best way to avoid ticket fraud is to buy directly from the official promoters posted on the website or on our Facebook page. Beware of ticket resellers, scalpers, or any unauthorized persons pretending to be official sellers. Always ask for their promoter ID. The organizers will not be able to refund the amount.

Can we bring our own food and drinks from the outside?

No outside food and beverages will be allowed inside the festival grounds. We have authorized food and non-food vendors inside the venue.

Is a water bottle allowed inside?

You are allowed to bring one (1) empty refillable bottle inside. NO glass bottles allowed.

Yes. We have authorized cigarette vendors inside the venue and designated smoking areas.
